Your tour guides are all local and know the Mountains well. They talk about the history of the Blue Mountains, how they were formed, how the explorers crossed the Mountains back in 1813 and how our country began. They speak in character allowing you to be taken back in time and for a moment, you'll feel as though you are there, on the first fleet, feeling their anguish. Australia has an incredible story and you will be immersed in the tale of this unique country throughout your day.
On arrival in the Mountains you will enjoy our trademark 'breakfast with the Kangaroos', see an array of wild native Australian wildlife including kangaroos, cockatoos and kookaburras. You'll even see where the wombats live! We show you stunning cliff faces, waterfalls and hiking trails. You'll also get to ride on all three magnificent rides at Scenic World, including The World's steepest railway!
Following lunch we depart for Featherdale where you get to see and interact with hundreds of native Australian animals including kangaroos and koalas. You will see the dingo and crocodile.
Being a private tour, you then have the option of either concluding with a guided ferry ride back to Sydney, including sailing underneath the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, or with a direct hotel drop off. The ferry docks at both Circular Quay and Darling Harbour - two of Sydney's major nightlife and tourism hubs - just in time for dinner.
